Person Getting Tasks - One-Time Setup (Takes ~5 minutes)

    Go to Zapier.com

    Create a free account or log in to your existing Zapier account.

    Click "Create Zap"

    Look for the orange "Create Zap" button on your dashboard.

    Set up the Trigger

    • Search for "Webhooks by Zapier"
    • Select "Catch Hook" as the trigger event
    • Click Continue
    • Zapier will show you a unique webhook URL:
    https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/123456/abcdef/

    Copy this URL - this is your "Task Inbox Address"

    Set up the Action (what happens when a task arrives)

    Click the + to add an action. Choose what you want to happen when someone sends you a task:

    • "Gmail" - Send yourself an email with the task
    • "SMS by Zapier" - Text yourself the task
    • "Todoist" - Add it directly to your Todoist
    • "Google Tasks" - Add to Google Tasks
    • "Slack" - Get a Slack notification
    • Or any of 5000+ other apps!

    Map the Task Fields

    When configuring your action, use these field mappings from the incoming task data:

    Task Name {{task_title}}
    Description {{task_description}}
    Due Date {{task_deadline}}
    Priority {{task_priority}}
    Category {{task_category}}
    Sender Note {{sender_note}}

    Turn on Your Zap

    Toggle the switch at the top right to activate your Zap. It should show "On".

    Share Your Webhook URL

    Send your unique webhook URL to friends who want to share tasks with you. They'll paste this URL in the 10 to Win app when sharing a task.

    Pro Tip

    Save your webhook URL somewhere safe! You can share it with multiple people - all their tasks will flow through to your chosen destination.

For the Sender

Person Sharing Tasks - Every Time You Share

    Open 10 to Win App

    Launch the app and navigate to your task list.

    Select the Task to Share

    Tap on the task you want to share with someone else.

    Tap the "Share Task" Button

    Look for the share icon or "Share via Zapier" button on the task details screen.

    Enter the Recipient's Webhook URL

    Paste the webhook URL that your friend gave you. It looks like:

    https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/123456/abcdef/

    You can also select from saved contacts if you've shared with them before.

    Add a Personal Note (Optional)

    Write a quick message to go along with the task, like "Hey, can you handle this one?" or "Thought you'd be interested in this!"

    Tap "Send"

    Your task will be sent instantly to your friend's webhook. They'll receive it however they configured their Zap (email, text, task app, etc.).
