No. 10 to Win works fully without an account. All your tasks and habits are stored on your device. An account is only needed if you purchase a custom integration build through our website.
Yes — every personal feature is free, permanently. No trial period, no subscription, no hidden upgrade. Our revenue comes from custom integration builds for professionals and businesses who want their CRM, phone system, or workflow wired directly into the app's Launch button. Those are one-time fees, not subscriptions.
Tap the blue floating button (bottom-right of the Home screen) to create a task. Set an urgency level, add a deadline if relevant, and tap Save. The app will place it where it belongs in your priority list automatically.
Go to Settings → Data → Fresh Start. This clears all sample data and gives you a clean slate. Once you save your first real task, sample data will never load again.
Tasks & Prioritization
The algorithm weighs five factors: urgency (your rating), deadline pressure (how soon it's due), importance (long-term impact), future ROI (your divestment/investment weight), and snooze penalties (tasks you've repeatedly skipped drop slightly). Meetings auto-escalate to the top as their start time approaches.
Yes. Scroll to the bottom of your task list on the Home screen and enable Manual Sort. Up and down arrows will appear next to each task. Your custom order is saved even when you turn Manual Sort off — it's there waiting when you turn it back on.
The six-way toggle in the Home screen header lets you switch modes instantly: Critical (must-not-miss tasks), High Five (top 5 priorities), 10 to Win (standard 10-minute sprint), Deadline Crunch (approaching deadlines first), Workout (navigates to workout plans), and Balance (mixed priority). Each reshapes your task list without deleting anything.
The Parking Lot is a holding area for tasks you want to keep but don't want cluttering your active list. Swipe left on a task and choose "Park It" to move it there. You can un-park tasks any time from the Parking Lot section.
Habits
Up to 10 habits, organized into Morning, Anytime, and Evening sections. This is intentional — tracking more than 10 habits tends to lead to overwhelm and abandonment. Focus on your 10 most impactful ones.
Three types: Yes/No (did you do it or not), Quantity (how many — glasses of water, pages read, etc.), and Timed (how long — minutes of meditation, exercise, etc.). Each type has its own completion check and contributes to your daily score.
Each habit tracks a streak of consecutive days completed. The milestone system celebrates 10-day streaks — which is why it's called "10 for Life." Missing a day resets the streak for that habit. There is no grace period by design — consistency matters.
Calendar Sync
Go to Settings → Integrations → Calendar Sync and toggle it on. The app will request permission to read your device's calendar. Once granted, meetings from all your connected calendars (Apple, Google, Outlook — whatever is in your iOS Calendar app) will start appearing in your task list.
As a meeting's start time approaches, it automatically moves up in your task list. At 60 minutes away it rises significantly; at 30 minutes it's near the top; at 15 minutes it beats everything else on the list. This ensures you never get absorbed in a task and miss a meeting.
No. Calendar data is read locally from your device's calendar app and never transmitted to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations → Todoist, enter your Todoist API token, and tap Sync. Tasks from your Todoist inbox will be imported. When you complete a task in 10 to Win, it's marked complete in Todoist automatically.
Every task has a Launch button. We build custom versions that connect directly to your CRM contact record, phone dialer, texting workflow, or any other tool — one tap from task to action, no app switching. These are custom builds ordered via email (tap Custom Action Buttons in Settings to see the options). Pricing starts at $299 one-time.
Account & Data
Currently, task data is stored locally on your device. iCloud or Google Drive backup will pick it up as part of your normal app data backup if you have that enabled on your device. A dedicated cloud sync option is on the roadmap.
Go to Settings → Data → Fresh Start. This permanently deletes all tasks, habits, and settings from your device. To also delete any server-side data (subscription record), email us at tasks@voicestamps.com and we'll remove it within 3 business days.
If you restore your new phone from an iCloud or Google backup that includes app data, 10 to Win data should carry over. If it doesn't, email us at tasks@voicestamps.com — we can help you figure out the best path forward.
