The short version

1 Who we are

10 to Win is a productivity app built and operated by VoiceStamps LLC. Our contact email is tasks@voicestamps.com. This policy describes how we handle your data when you use the 10 to Win mobile app or visit 10towin.co.

2 Data stored on your device

10 to Win stores the following data locally on your device using AsyncStorage and SecureStore. This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly use a sync feature.

Sensitive task data can optionally be encrypted on-device with AES-256 encryption. This is controlled entirely by you in Settings.

3 Device permissions we request

The app may request the following permissions. Each is optional and used only for the described purpose.

Calendar

To import your meetings into your task list so they appear and escalate in priority as start time approaches. Calendar data is read locally and never transmitted.

Notifications

To send you task reminders, meeting alerts, and hourly focus check-ins. You control exactly which notifications are enabled in Settings.

Contacts

To allow quick task assignment with a contact name. Contact data is not stored on our servers.

Microphone

For voice notes attached to tasks. Audio is processed locally and not sent to any server unless you explicitly use a voice transcription feature.

Camera & Photo Library

To attach photos to tasks. Images are stored on your device only.

Location

For optional location-based task reminders. Location data is not stored or transmitted.

4 Data we collect on our servers

When you use optional server-connected features, we collect minimal data:

We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it when submitting feedback or contacting us.

5 Payments

All payments are processed on our website (10towin.co) via Stripe. The 10 to Win mobile app does not process any payments and has no in-app purchases. When you complete a purchase on our website, Stripe handles your card details — we never see or store your full card number. Your subscription status is then synced to your device via our server using your device ID.

6 Analytics and advertising

10 to Win does not use advertising networks. We do not track you across apps or websites for advertising purposes. We do not sell your data to any third party.

We may use basic, anonymized usage data (such as which screens are visited most) to improve the app. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you.

7 Third-party integrations

10 to Win supports optional integrations with third-party services. When you enable an integration, that service's own privacy policy governs how it handles your data:

8 Children's privacy

10 to Win is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9 Data retention and deletion

All task and habit data stored on your device can be deleted at any time by using the "Fresh Start" option in Settings, or by deleting the app. Server-side data (device ID and subscription status) is retained for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of any server-side data, email us at tasks@voicestamps.com.

10 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will provide notice within the app.
