You can start using the app immediately after downloading — no account required for local use. To sync across devices and unlock cloud features, create a free account.
The Home screen is your productivity command center. It shows your tasks ranked by the priority algorithm and includes several controls at the top:
Tap + anywhere to open Quick Add. Fill in the title and any fields you need — everything except the title is optional.
| Action | Gesture | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Complete | Swipe right | Marks task done; triggers confetti and auto-refill if enabled |
| Snooze | Swipe left (partial) | Delays task; applies a small priority penalty |
| Skip | Swipe left (full) | Moves task to the end of the queue |
| Launch | Tap launch icon on card | Quick email / call / text based on task type |
Toggle Manual Sort at the bottom of the task list. Up/down arrows appear on each card — tap them to reorder. Your order persists across sessions. Disable the toggle to return to automatic ranking; your custom order is saved for next time.

Every task has a Status field with three states:
The status is visible as a small badge on every task card in the Home and Top10 lists. When Started with a % value, a thin progress bar also appears below the card. No need to open the task to see where things stand.
Set a Task Type when creating or editing a task. The Launch Button on the task card changes its action automatically based on the type selected:
| Type | Launch Button Action |
|---|---|
| General | Standard task — no specialized action |
| Billing | Opens a billing call or payment action via VoiceStamps |
| Lead Gen | Initiates a lead follow-up call or email |
| Record / TPV | Starts a VoiceStamps third-party verification recording |
| Reminder | Triggers a VoiceStamps reminder feed |
| Verification | Opens the compliance/identity verification workflow |
| Meeting | Auto-created from your device calendar; join link opens video call |
The six-way toggle in the Home screen header instantly changes how tasks are filtered and presented:
| Mode | Color | What It Shows |
|---|---|---|
| Critical | Red | Must-not-miss urgent tasks only |
| High Five | Blue | Your top 5 priority tasks |
| 10 to Win | Green | Standard 10-minute sprint list |
| Deadline Crunch | Orange | Tasks with approaching deadlines |
| Workout | Purple | Opens the Workout Plans screen |
| Balance | Cyan | Mixed priority across all categories |
Each mode (except Workout) opens a task-count selector so you can choose how many tasks to show. Your selected mode persists when you switch away and come back.
The priority algorithm adds 8 extra scoring dimensions on top of urgency and deadline. Enable them in Settings → Advanced Factors. Each factor raises or lowers a task's score to reflect real-world complexity:
The Rank tab (bottom navigation) shows every task with its live calculated priority score displayed as a gold badge. Use it to understand why tasks are ordered the way they are — especially useful when Advanced Factor Scoring is enabled.
Track up to 10 daily habits in the Habits tab. Organize them into Morning, Anytime, and Evening sections.
| Type | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Yes/No | Simple completion tracking | Did you exercise? |
| Quantity | Track a number | Glasses of water: 8 |
| Timed | Track duration | Meditation: 15 min |
10 to Win uses a 10-day streak cycle. Each day you complete your habits builds momentum toward a milestone celebration at Day 10, which resets the counter and starts a new cycle. Partial streaks within the cycle show your daily progress.
Once you have an account, your data syncs automatically:
URL: /dashboard/enter-task.html
The web spreadsheet lets you bulk-create and edit tasks in a fast, resizable grid — ideal for migrating from another tool or doing weekly planning in bulk.
Pull tasks from your Todoist inbox directly into the web spreadsheet:
/dashboard/enter-task.htmlField mapping: Todoist CONTENT → Title, DESCRIPTION → Notes, DUE_DATE → Due Date.
VoiceStamps is an AI-powered call transcription service that syncs directly with 10 to Win. When you complete a call or verification through VoiceStamps, the result syncs back and updates the matching task automatically. Four feed types are supported:
Connect 10 to Win to thousands of external apps through Zapier. Automate task creation from CRM events, form submissions, email triggers, and more — no coding required.
Enable Calendar Sync in Settings to automatically import upcoming meetings from your device calendar as tasks. Each meeting task shows the start time, location, and a join link for video calls.
Import tasks in bulk using a CSV file. Two templates are available:
9 columns covering the most common fields: title, notes, duration, due_date, category, importance, urgency, status, progress_percent
Every task field including advanced factors, CRM fields, recurrence, and launch actions.
Both templates include a status column and a progress_percent column:
status — accepted values: not_started, started, completedprogress_percent — a number from 0–99; only meaningful when status is startedGo to Settings → Import Data in the app to upload your CSV. The import guide at /templates/import-guide.html walks through the full process including migration from Todoist and other apps.
The Insights section gives you a deep view into your productivity patterns:
Begin with 3–5 tasks and 2–3 habits. Build up as you develop consistency.
Start your day in 10 to Win mode for a balanced list. Switch to Critical when fires break out, and Deadline Crunch near the end of the week.
Setting Status to Started with a % gives the algorithm useful signal. Tasks at 80%+ get a priority boost so they bubble up and actually get finished.
Each consecutive habit day builds momentum. Even completing 1 habit a day keeps the chain alive.
Spend 10 minutes each Sunday reviewing your task list. Archive or delete anything stale, add anything new, and reset due dates where needed.
Go to Dashboard → Security → Change Password, or use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
Yes — go to Settings → Export Data in the app to download your tasks and habits as a CSV.
