Status & % Complete

Every task has a Status field with three states:

The status is visible as a small badge on every task card in the Home and Top10 lists. When Started with a % value, a thin progress bar also appears below the card. No need to open the task to see where things stand.

Tip: Use Started + 80% on tasks you are nearly done with. The Advanced Factor Scoring engine gives those tasks a small priority boost so they float up and get finished.

Task Types & Contextual Launch Button

Set a Task Type when creating or editing a task. The Launch Button on the task card changes its action automatically based on the type selected:

TypeLaunch Button Action
GeneralStandard task — no specialized action
BillingOpens a billing call or payment action via VoiceStamps
Lead GenInitiates a lead follow-up call or email
Record / TPVStarts a VoiceStamps third-party verification recording
ReminderTriggers a VoiceStamps reminder feed
VerificationOpens the compliance/identity verification workflow
MeetingAuto-created from your device calendar; join link opens video call

Delivery Modes

The six-way toggle in the Home screen header instantly changes how tasks are filtered and presented:

ModeColorWhat It Shows
CriticalRedMust-not-miss urgent tasks only
High FiveBlueYour top 5 priority tasks
10 to WinGreenStandard 10-minute sprint list
Deadline CrunchOrangeTasks with approaching deadlines
WorkoutPurpleOpens the Workout Plans screen
BalanceCyanMixed priority across all categories

Each mode (except Workout) opens a task-count selector so you can choose how many tasks to show. Your selected mode persists when you switch away and come back.

Advanced Factor Scoring

The priority algorithm adds 8 extra scoring dimensions on top of urgency and deadline. Enable them in Settings → Advanced Factors. Each factor raises or lowers a task's score to reflect real-world complexity:

The 8 Advanced Scoring Factors

  • Future Impact — Boosts tasks with high long-term value
  • Energy Level — Matches tasks to your current capacity
  • Cognitive Complexity — Factors in mental load
  • Blocks Others — Raises priority if teammates are waiting on you
  • Block Count — More people blocked = higher urgency
  • Delay Consequence — Financial, relationship, or career impact of missing the deadline
  • Stakeholder Waiting — External party waiting on you
  • Progress % — Nearly-done tasks get a small push toward the finish line

Rank Screen

The Rank tab (bottom navigation) shows every task with its live calculated priority score displayed as a gold badge. Use it to understand why tasks are ordered the way they are — especially useful when Advanced Factor Scoring is enabled.

Habit Tracking (10 for Life)

Track up to 10 daily habits in the Habits tab. Organize them into Morning, Anytime, and Evening sections.

Habit Types

10-Day Streak System

10 to Win uses a 10-day streak cycle. Each day you complete your habits builds momentum toward a milestone celebration at Day 10, which resets the counter and starts a new cycle. Partial streaks within the cycle show your daily progress.

Streak Milestones

  • Days 1–3: Building foundation
  • Days 4–6: Gaining momentum
  • Days 7–9: Approaching milestone
  • Day 10: Celebration and reset!

Cloud Sync

Once you have an account, your data syncs automatically:

Web Spreadsheet (29 Columns)

URL: /dashboard/enter-task.html

The web spreadsheet lets you bulk-create and edit tasks in a fast, resizable grid — ideal for migrating from another tool or doing weekly planning in bulk.

Integrations

Todoist

Pull tasks from your Todoist inbox directly into the web spreadsheet:

  1. Open the web spreadsheet at /dashboard/enter-task.html
  2. Click Pull from Todoist in the toolbar
  3. Your Todoist tasks appear as rows — review and save

Field mapping: Todoist CONTENT → Title, DESCRIPTION → Notes, DUE_DATE → Due Date.

VoiceStamps

VoiceStamps is an AI-powered call transcription service that syncs directly with 10 to Win. When you complete a call or verification through VoiceStamps, the result syncs back and updates the matching task automatically. Four feed types are supported:

VoiceStamps Feed Types

  • Billing — Billing call outcomes and payment confirmations
  • Record / TPV — Third-party verification recordings and results
  • Reminder — Scheduled reminder call completions
  • Verification — Identity or compliance verification results

Zapier

Connect 10 to Win to thousands of external apps through Zapier. Automate task creation from CRM events, form submissions, email triggers, and more — no coding required.

Device Calendar

Enable Calendar Sync in Settings to automatically import upcoming meetings from your device calendar as tasks. Each meeting task shows the start time, location, and a join link for video calls.

Import & CSV Templates

Tips for Success

Start Small

Begin with 3–5 tasks and 2–3 habits. Build up as you develop consistency.

Use the Delivery Modes

Start your day in 10 to Win mode for a balanced list. Switch to Critical when fires break out, and Deadline Crunch near the end of the week.

Mark Things "Started"

Setting Status to Started with a % gives the algorithm useful signal. Tasks at 80%+ get a priority boost so they bubble up and actually get finished.

Don't Break the Streak

Each consecutive habit day builds momentum. Even completing 1 habit a day keeps the chain alive.

Review Weekly

Spend 10 minutes each Sunday reviewing your task list. Archive or delete anything stale, add anything new, and reset due dates where needed.
