Migrate your tasks and habits from other productivity apps to 10 to Win.

This guide shows you how to export your data from popular apps and import it into 10 to Win. The process is simple: export from your current app, download our template, and upload your data.

Tasks Template Habits Template

Task Import Fields

Column Required Description Values
title Yes The task name Any text
description No Additional details Any text
due_date No When the task is due MM-DD-YYYY format (US)
duration No Estimated minutes Number (default: 10)
priority No Overall priority 1-5 (default: 3)
urgency No Time sensitivity 1-5 (default: 3)
importance No Impact level 1-5 (default: 3)
category No Task category Work, Personal, Health, Home, etc.
mode No Task mode standard, quick-win, project, etc.

Habit Import Fields

Column Required Description Values
name Yes The habit name Any text
type No Tracking type yesno, quantity, timed
target No Goal for quantity type Number
duration No Minutes for timed type Number (default: 10)
schedule No Time of day morning, anytime, evening
icon No Feather icon name heart, book, activity, etc.
color No Accent color Hex code like #6366F1

Export from Other Apps

Todoist

  1. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  2. Click Export Data under "Data" section
  3. Select CSV format
  4. Download the exported file
  5. The Todoist CSV columns will be auto-mapped:
    • CONTENT becomes title
    • DESCRIPTION becomes description
    • DUE_DATE becomes due_date
    • PRIORITY is converted (Todoist 1=highest, we use 5=highest)

TickTick

  1. Open TickTick on desktop or web
  2. Go to Settings > Backup
  3. Click Export and choose CSV
  4. Download and upload to 10 to Win
  5. Column mapping:
    • Title becomes title
    • Content becomes description
    • Due Date becomes due_date

Trello

  1. Open the board you want to export
  2. Click Menu > More > Print and Export
  3. Select Export as CSV
  4. Each card becomes a task
  5. Column mapping:
    • Card Name becomes title
    • Card Description becomes description
    • Due Date becomes due_date
    • List Name becomes category

Habitica

  1. Log in to Habitica website
  2. Go to Settings > Site Data
  3. Click Export Your Data (JSON)
  4. Open the JSON file and locate the "habits" array
  5. Copy the habits into a new file for import
Note: Habitica exports as JSON. You can import this directly or convert to CSV using the field mappings: text becomes name, type stays the same.

Streaks (iOS)

  1. Open Streaks app
  2. Tap Settings (gear icon)
  3. Scroll to Export Data
  4. Share/Save the exported file
  5. Format your habits manually using our template

Manual CSV Creation

If your app doesn't have an export feature, you can create a CSV file manually:
